Policy

Privacy policy

This policy explains what Commerce Gap Labs collects when you request a Sync Health Audit and how we use it to provide the service.

Information we collect

We collect the contact and business details you submit, including your name or company, work email, Shopify plan, approximate order volume, NetSuite setup, connector, primary issue, issue description, and campaign parameters.

After checkout, we may receive payment and checkout metadata from Stripe, including a checkout session ID and payment status. Audit exports are collected through the private upload flow after payment verification.

How we use information

We use submitted information to qualify and fulfill the one-time audit, communicate about the request, verify payment, receive exports, prepare findings, provide support, and prevent abuse.

We may use aggregated, de-identified patterns to improve the service. We do not use customer information or uploaded files for marketing or model training.

Service providers

We use Stripe for checkout, Supabase for lead records and private file storage, Tally for detailed intake, Vercel for hosting, and GA4 and PostHog for product analytics. Each service receives only the information needed for its role. Email and free-text issue descriptions are not sent as analytics event properties.

Your choices

You may ask what information we hold, request correction or deletion, or ask a question about this policy by emailing hello@commercegaplabs.com. We may retain limited transaction records when required for accounting, fraud prevention, or dispute handling.
